Q. Why are you open only by appointment?
A. We are a family owned and operated business and have no other employees. Therefore if we leave the nursery to run errands there is no one at the nursery to conduct business .

Q. Is it difficult to make an appointment?
A. No. Just call us at 909.687.9055. If we are in the nursery when you call we will arrange to be at the nursery at a time that is convenient for you. If we are not at the nursery please leave your name and telephone number. We will return your call and arrange a mutually acceptable time for your visit. We are often available on weekends.

Q. Where do you get the plants that you offer for sale?
A. We have been a licensed cactus and succulent nursery for over 40 years and have our own stock plants. The small number of plants that we do not propagtate ourselves come from nurseries that are licensed by the state of California.

Q. Do you sell seed?
A. We sell a seed kit that contains several hundred cactus and euphorbia seed, growing instructions and material necessary to germinate and grow the plants to a size where they need to be transplanted.

Q. Do you ship?
A. No. Not unless specific arrangements are made in advance. All shipping and packing costs are paid by the customer and be aware that the shipping and packing fees are often more than the cost of the plants.

Q. Do you answer questions regarding the plants that you grow?
A. Yes. When asking a question please remember that I only read and speak American English. I will answer your question to the best of my knowledge and ability. When asking a question please be as specific as possible. Remember "I don't know" is an answer. I do not claim to know all there is to know about growing cacti and succulents and any advice that I provide and you should decide to use, is completety at your own risk. 

Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. No we accept only cash or checks or money orders.

Q. Can I get a gift certificate?
A. Yes. Send us the dollar amount that you wish to give as a gift, either as a check or money order, and we will send you a certificate for that amount by return mail redeemable at our nursery.
